New South Wales State Emergency Service (NSW SES) is seeking information from the market about innovative technologies that can enhance its operational capabilities.

Project goals

NSW SES seeks to develop a comprehensive understanding of the innovation and future-state of the digital solutions market to meet the following objectives: 

1. Identify solutions that utilise operational data to enable NSW SES to make efficient and more informed operational decisions.
2. Explore solutions that leverage innovative technology to automate and optimise emergency management and data governance processes, improving efficiency.
3. Seek solutions that enable NSW SES Members to share an accurate, real-time understanding of incidents, enhancing coordination, efficiency and safety in emergency response.

Scope

NSW SES is seeking innovative ideas from a wide range of organisations, including those not traditionally associated with emergency services, to explore untapped solutions and emerging technologies. The agency is seeking responses that propose innovative approaches to enhance operational systems and contribute to keeping our communities safe and resilient during emergencies.
