Tender Description
This Project is to further the design of the Community Recreation Space, previously the Valley View Driving Range, located on the western side of Thomas Turner Reserve.
The project scope includes five key zones prioritised as:
1. Open Space (passive & event use)
2. BMX /pump track
2A. Future expansion of BMX /pump track
3. Skate park with youth precinct
4. Vehicular entrance and carpark
5. Destination playspace
6. Public toilet, including Changing Places facility
