The Principal invites Offers from suitably experienced Vendors for the lease of five (5) high quality multifunction printers, which are essential and required for immediate deployment upon award of this RFx. In addition, there is a potential requirement for a further three* (3) printers to be delivered in early July 2025, subject to confirmation.

Note: Leasing of the additional three (3) units in July is contingent on operational needs and budget availability, and may not proceed.

The Vendor must provide reliable printers at competitive prices, along with prompt support services. The machines supplied must meet the Principal's high standards for performance and functionality. Given the remote location of the Principal, it is essential that the Vendor offers responsive customer service and timely maintenance to minimise downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.
