ABOUT THE CITY OF COFFS HARBOUR (City):
Coffs Harbour is positioned halfway between Sydney and Brisbane. Nestled between coastal slopes of the Great Dividing Range and the 80 kilometres of golden beaches that form its boundaries Coffs Harbour has gained a reputation as a dynamic and rapidly expanding economic hub.
ABOUT THE TENDER:
The City is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced sports facility manager under contract CON00579 Lease/Licence for the Operational Management of SPORTZ Central in Coffs Harbour. This contract will be made under the City's Licensing Agreement, a copy of which is supplied in Part 3 of the RFT document package.
SITE INSPECTION
There are two site inspections for this Tender on 9 April and 11 April. Proponents should nominate which date they prefer using the online online forum.
ENQUIRIES:
Tender enquiries should be directed to Mr Dan Luscombe Team Leader Property Services via the online forum. All enquiries must be made via the Tendering portal and the cut-off time and date for enquiries is Friday 25 April at 3pm.
SUBMISSIONS:
Completed responses are to be submitted via the electronic tender box only, using the attached MS Word version of the document.
CLOSING DATE AND TIME:
Tenders close at 10.00am on Wednesday 30 April 2025.
Submissions must be fully uploaded by this time as the Tendering portal cuts off at exactly 10.00am AEST
The City is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender, all or any part of the tender, and reserves the right to conduct the tender process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous.
The City staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
Canvassing of City officials and councillors will disqualify that Proponent's submission from the evaluation process
