Cairns Regional Council is seeking submissions and competitive rates from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for maintenance of the landscaped areas within Argentea Estate, Palm Cove and Paradise Palms Drive, Kewarra Beach. for Preferred Supplier Arrangement PSA 3008 Landscape Maintenance of Argentea Estate and Paradise Palms Drive.

Mandatory Site Inspections Council requires Tenderers to attend a site inspection at Argentea Estate Palm Cove and Paradise Palms Drive Kewarra Beach to find out more information about the tender and landscape services under this PSA. The inspection will also provide Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties with the Arrangement with Council Officers prior to the Closing Time.

Two site inspection options are available:

When Tuesday, 1 April OR Thursday 3 April 2025

Time 8.00am to 9.30am

Where: Commencing from end of Osterland Street, off Satellite Street, Clifton Beach

Enquiries Tender enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close five days prior to the closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time.

Lodgement of Submissions: Completed responses must be lodged by uploading the submission electronically, using the response forms within the tender documentation.

We strongly recommend that you begin uploading your tender submission files at least two (2) hours BEFORE the tender closing time.

Closing Time and Date: The tender closes at 4:30 PM, Wednesday, 16 April 2025. Submissions must be fully received by this time. Late, verbal or emailed tenders may not be accepted and will be subject to Council's sole discretion.

Submissions will not be opened publicly. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.

Council reserve the right to change the specifications prior to making a decision on the submissions received in response to this invitation.

Council may invite all Respondents to change their submission to take into account any change in the tender specifications.
