The location for this new facility is within Fred's Pass Reserve essentially on a Greenfields site. However, there are some constraints with regard to stormwater drains and already existing sporting groups.

Litchfield Council has engaged the services of an architect to provide a concept design of the courts and the facility which will form the basis of the detailed design. The concept design forms part of these tender documents and tender pricing should be based on these concepts. A detailed survey of the area and services location map will also be supplied.
