Tender Description
This project requires a Consultant to be engaged to complete building condition assessments on the buildings listed and shall include, at minimum, the following disciplines:
• Mechanical
• Electrical
• Structural
• Fire Systems (passive fire, fire suppression, and detection)
• Hydraulics
• Medical Gasses
• Building Fabrics – Vinyl, ceilings, wall coverings
• ICT (communications rooms/network infrastructure)
This request includes confidential information. Suppliers are advised there will be two tender boxes as follows:
22035-DOC-001 and 22035-RFT-001
All Tenderers must note that the Confidentiality Deed in 22035-DOC-001 must be completed and submitted via TendersACT@act.gov.au to access the confidential documents contained in tender box 22035-RFT-001.
All tender submissions should be made in the tender box 22035-RFT-001.
