ACC is looking to procure a comprehensive media monitoring service that includes tracking and reporting all relevant ACC mentions from various New Zealand media sources, including Print Media (newspapers, magazines), Online News Platforms Broadcast Media (television and radio), Māori media; Relevant industry publications; and Podcasts.
The successful supplier will provide comprehensive, accurate, and timely media monitoring services, ensuring ACC accurately and reliably understands public sentiment on specific topics or issues.
This includes:
• An ACC branded template daily e-Newsletter summarising ACC mentions across media.
• A customisable dashboard for real-time access to relevant media coverage with analytics and visualization tools.
• A monthly report analysing media performance and reputation, including a media analysis (positive, neutral, negative) and a monthly sentiment/reputation score.
