Toowoomba Regional Council (Council) is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified operators for the servicing and maintenance of Councils pool plant and associated systems, generally as listed in the pool service register (register).

This contract covers all aspects of pool plant and associated systems with the exception of plant and equipment used to heat pool water. Water heating equipment is managed under a separate contract.

This contract will remain comprehensive throughout its duration, covering all assets listed in the register, including any assets that are replaced, brought on or decommissioned during the contract period.

Offerors attendance at the briefing/site inspections is mandatory to allow offerors to familiarise themselves with the site, equipment, access etc. and provide supporting information for the submissions. The site inspection details are included in the request for offer and specifications.
