About Us:

The City of Fremantle is a local government authority located 20km south of the Perth CBD comprising the suburbs of Beaconsfield, Fremantle, Hilton, North Fremantle, O'Connor, Samson, South Fremantle and White Gum Valley.

The Town of Fremantle Council was founded in 1871 and it wasn't until 1929 that it gained city status.

About this Tender:

The City of Fremantle is seeking the services of qualified and experienced Roofing contractor to provide reactive and preventative Roofing services to all City of Fremantle building assets and facilities.

The City Of Fremantle has a number of complex sites, including Fremantle Leisure centre, Fremantle Arts Centre, Fremantle works depot and a number of high profile heritage assets that require a knowledgeable and flexible approach.

This scope of works shall consist of providing all project management and supervision, labour, equipment, materials, and consumables required to carry out reactive, preventative and planned Roofing maintenance across all city sites as directed by the Principal.
