The panel will be for variety of parks and reserves maintenance for the following subcategories: Chemical Spraying, Fencing Construction & Maintenance, Mowing Services, Coastal Infrastructure Construction & Maintenance, Horticulture Maintenance, Vegetation Management for Shire Managed Land, Coastal Rehabilitation Works Crew and Tree Maintenance Services.

Interested parties are hereby invited to submit an application to join any or all of the Pre-Qualified Supply Panels in accordance with the following:

Application packages are available by registering your details via the Shire's e-Procurement portal at (see option below)

Applications MUST be submitted electronically via the Shire's e-Procurement portal before the Deadline. Applications submitted by facsimile, email, post or hand delivery of documents will not be accepted.

The Deadline for submitting Applications is 2.00pm AWST, Thursday 24 April 2025.

Applications do not need to apply for all categories under any panel, applicants are welcome to apply for just one category (e.g. mowing services only). Applicants are also encouraged to apply multiple times for one category, if applicable (e.g. dozer hire, multiple models).
