Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Department of State Development (DSD) is seeking a suitably capable provider able to assist in supporting the Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS). In support of the EDRMS the following services are required:

Issue resolution
System maintenance and upgrades
System and database configuration
Solution design
Process and data mapping
Data transitions as required, e.g. in relation to the establishment and cessation of SLAs.
Extraction and migration data services
Capture metadata to effectively classify, discover, and manage the disposal of records.
Automation of processes like workflows, approvals and classification is essential to ensure secure file sharing
Automate task processing
Adapt system changes as required
Integration of applications into Content Manager
Staff Training
