Council are seeking a qualified Contractor with demonstrated experience and capability to complete a refurbishment project delivering an upgrade to the Marion Cultural Centre (MCC) Library facility. Works including, but not limited to, refurbish the existing reception and children's area, create a new collaboration area, replacing the carpet throughout the library and staff area, and requirements in accordance with Annexure 1.

A briefing session will be held at Marion Cultural Centre Library, 287 Diagonal Rd, Oaklands., OAKLANDS PARK, South Australia, Australia, 5046 on 8:30 am 1 April 2025.
