Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from individuals/organisations for leasing the former CWA Building located at 355 Harrison Street, Deniliquin.

Submissions should include:

• Organisation name and type (not for profit, incorporated company etc)
• Proposed duration of use of the space
• Proposed use of the space

Further information may be obtained from Jaymie Coleman, Manager Facilities & Open Spaces on (03) 5898 3000 during normal business hours or Council@edwardriver.nsw.gov.au.  Inspections of the site are available by appointment. Please contact Council to arrange this.

Expressions of Interest are to be in sealed envelopes marked “EOI – Lease the Former CWA Building' and are to be placed in the tender box at the Edward River Council Office, 180 Cressy Street, Deniliquin or sent to Edward River Council, PO Box 270, Deniliquin NSW 2710. Or they may be emailed to council@edwardriver.nsw.gov.au with ‘Lease the Former CWA Building’ in the address line.
