This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
MHNSW require the services of an experienced contractor to undertake minor conservation works at the buildings known as the Young Street Terraces located at 36-42 Young Street in Sydney, NSW 2000.
Project goals
The works shall be carried out in strict accordance with the specification, schedule of works, and accompanying drawings and such future drawings and instructions as may be issued and/or given by the Principal’s representative during the duration of the works.
