Council is seeking tenders from parties willing to operate the Tennis and other Ball Court complex located on the eastern side of Hastings Park, Castle Hill. A Licence arrangement is anticipated.

It is envisaged that the successful Tenderer will be responsible for the management and operation of a tennis and other ball court facility for public and private use. In return for the granting of a Licence the successful Tenderer will be responsible for all designated operational and capital repairs/maintenance and replacement works from income generated at the facility.

All interested parties are invited to submit tenders in accordance with this Invitation to Tender. Tenders must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the requirements of this Invitation to Tender.

Council is proposing a Licence of part of Hastings Park Castle Hill to operate the Tennis Court Complex as a suitable commercial/public facility. It is intended that the successful Tenderer will enter into an appropriate Licence with Council to operate the Tennis Court Complex.

Hastings Park is located in Castle Hill 7km west of Hornsby and encompasses 1.24 hectares. The land comprises part of a single lot (Lot 33458 DP 879748) and is bordered by Belltree Crescent and Fernbrook Avenue in the south, residential properties in the west and southeast, and RTA land leading to Hastings Road in the northwest and New Line Road in the northeast.
