On 16 December 2024, Hunter’s Hill Council resolved to dispose of Council owned land located at 16C Vernon Street, Hunters Hill (being Lot 31 in Deposited Plan 1040602) by way of open tendering method. As such, Council invites tenders for the purchase of the Property.

Lodgement of tenders can be made through Council’s e-tender portal at the same website address above or by hand delivery to Council’s Tender Box at Council’s Administration Building located at 22 Alexandra Street, Hunters Hill NSW 2110.
