The Art Gallery of South Australia (AGSA) has earnt a national reputation for the quality of its publications. AGSA requires a printer that can meet its exacting standards.

AGSA is seeking to engage a printer who can deliver its catalogues (books) and triannual magazine to its exacting standards.

AGSA generally produces two to three publications and three issues of its magazine per year. AGSA does this as part of its commitment to the artists in its collections and exhibitions, disseminating art knowledge and its Charter and Goals.

AGSA is seeking a request for quote for:

1. Exhibition Catalogues (Books)

Publication timing is dependent on the launch of exhibitions and must be delivered a week prior to launch date. This date will vary for each publication. AGSA liaises with the printer to establish a schedule that will ensure books are delivered in a timely manner.

2. AGSA Magazines

• Magazines are produced three times a year and delivered in February, June and October.
• Magazine for the period March–June is delivered last week of February;
• Magazine for the period July–October is delivered last week of June; and
• Magazine for the period November–February is delivered last week of October.

Note that successful supplier(s) may be provided with a segment of the contract or the whole contract.
