Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for renewal of 2 synthetic turf courts at The Willis Recreation and Sports Centre. Works will include removing the existing synthetic grass and rubber infill, construction of a new concrete slab, installation of a new synthetic grass and shockpad system with organic infill.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at 325A Eastern Valley Way Chatswood, commencing at 11am on Friday 4 April 2025. All prospective Tenderers are advised to attend the pre-tender meeting.

Tenders are to be submitted online - OR - within a sealed envelope endorsed:

"The General Manager

The Willis Courts synthetic surface renewal"

and shall be placed in the Tender Box located within the Customer Service Centre on the Ground Floor at 31 Victor Street, Chatswood 2067, so as to be received in full prior to: 11am Wednesday 9 April 2025.

Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
