North Cross Australia Pty Ltd is the nominated project manager for the Eremeran Hills Study Centre.

We are seeking licenced builders to signify their interest in the demolition of three (3) existing premises, construction of basement parking, community facility, educational establishment and co-living residence. Building classes are Class 3, 7a, 7b and 9b.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Prospective builders MUST be a registered building practitioner with Class 3 clearance from the Office of the Building Commissioner to qualify.
