Metlink is seeking to procure a training provider to design and deliver training resources for the frontline staff of Metlink network operators.
A key objective is to upskill staff by enhancing their understanding of disability and equipping them to enable accessibility. This will be achieved by establishing clear, consistent roles and responsibilities for supporting disabled passengers across Metlink’s network.
