Following Council’s successful expression of interest campaign for Council’s surplus vacant land, Council has now decided to release the surplus freehold land parcels identified in this tender for sale (see Section A below for a list of land).

The release of council’s freehold land parcels aims to support sustainable regional growth, encourage residential development, and activate underutilised land for the benefit of the Central Highlands community.

Council invites offers for the purchase of vacant land situated across the Central Highlands region, in accordance with section 227 of the Local Government Regulation 2012. This tender process provides an opportunity for eligible purchasers to submit an offer for the property or properties listed.
