Tender Description
Department of Water and Environmental Regulation (DWER: the Customer) is seeking to replace its Incident and Complaints Management System (ICMS) with a suitable Software as a Services (SaaS) solution. The Electronic Investigations Management System (EIMS) will serve as the replacement for the current Incident and Complaints Management System (ICMS). The SaaS must be integrated with the Customer’s Environment Online platform.
