The Queensland Parliamentary Service is calling for submissions to complete the refurbishment of the Stretton Electorate Office. There are two separable portions that form part of this work.
Separable Portion 1: Electorate Office Refurbishment
The refurbishment includes and is not limited to certified design, demolition and construction of internal partition walls, electrical, plumbing, joinery, flooring, glazing, access control & security hardware, final finishes, relocation, removal and storage of office furniture, equipment and items, auto-door installation, and certification.
Separable Portion 2: Electrical & HVAC Works
The Contractor will consolidate and upgrade distribution boards within the tenancy to meet the requirements.
