Fraser Coast Regional Council is inviting offers from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for CTIS004 - 24/25 - Pialba Beachfront Tourist Caravan Park Redevelopment.

This invitation to offer is in separable portions. The Principal may only award any portion depending on funding availability. The Principal requires the tenderer to price all portions or part portions and also provide a discount if awarded all portions in one process.

This invitation is for Construction Services for the stage 1-3 redevelopment works at Pialba Beachfront Tourist Caravan Park. The project is to be completed in two (2) Separable Portions as follows:

Separable Portion 1

• Early works (temporary turnaround, underground services connections in stage 3).
• Civil works stages 1&2 (demolition, earthworks, services, roads, hard and soft landscaping as described in the contract documents).
• Building works stages 1&2 (Managers building, amenities, camp kitchen, BBQ area as described in the contract documents).

Separable Portion 2

• Civil works stage 3 (demolition, earthworks, services, roads, hard and soft landscaping including playground equipment as described in the contract documents).
• Building works stage 3 (Elevated amenities and camp kitchen, Recreation area as described in the contract documents).

Please be advised that tender response forms are to be submitted as three files only and in the following format:

- Non Price Response Form: PDF including all supporting documentation as one file. This PDF must not contain any price related criteria.

- Price Response Form: Excel

- Contract Amendments and Particulars: Excel
