The City of Fremantle is a local government authority located 20km south of the Perth CBD comprising the suburbs of Beaconsfield, Fremantle, Hilton, North Fremantle, O'Connor, Samson, South Fremantle and White Gum Valley.

The Town of Fremantle Council was founded in 1871 and it wasn't until 1929 that it gained city status. Today, the City employs more than 400 people and services approximately 30,000 residents over a land area of 19 square kilometres.

About this Tender:

The City of Fremantle is seeking the services of qualified and experienced plumbing contractor to provide reactive, preventative and planned plumbing and gas services to all City of Fremantle building assets and facilities.

The City of Fremantle has several complex sites, including Fremantle Leisure centre, Fremantle Arts Centre, Fremantle works depot and the Walyalup Civic Centre. There is also a large portfolio of high-profile heritage assets that require a knowledgeable and flexible approach to carry out maintenance.

This scope of works shall consist of providing all project management, supervision, labour, equipment, materials, and consumables required to carry out the reactive, preventative and planned plumbing maintenance across all city sites as directed by the Principal.
