Tender Description
A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises the repairs to the amenity blocks are as follows but are not limited to:
· Major clean out with a high-pressure spray
· Painting the inside of both toilets’ blocks
· Replacing the plastic/waterproofing panels in the shower
· The stainless-steel urinals, shower heads and taps are all very calcified- possible replacement or major clean.
· The tiles are in poor condition but are likely to be improve somewhat with a major clean out with heavy duty decalcification solution, high pressure spray and scrubbing with steel wool.
