Regional Investment Corporation (RIC) is seeking quotes from suppliers with the capacity and capability to supply Managed Services for our Enterprise Resource Planning system, TechnologyOne.

RIC requires ongoing support and maintenance services for all of the HR, Finance and Records Management modules, associated business processes and forms. RIC anticipates the requirement of support and specifications include but is not limited to:

• 20 hours per month of support

• Any unused hours are to be rolled over to subsequent months

• Rolled over hours will not expire for the duration of the contract or any subsequent contract extension

• Support hours reviewed at 3 months to allow either party to vary the allocated hours based on usage

• Delivery of monthly report showing usage, uptake and roll over of allocated hours

• Monthly contract meeting to discuss support hours and any outstanding issues
