The Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) is seeking an experienced ICT Professional Services provider to conduct a comprehensive review, analysis, and planning exercise for the redevelopment of the QAS intranet portal. The current portal, housed on SharePoint Online, has not been refreshed since 2015 and no longer meets the evolving needs of the organization.

The successful supplier will provide complete solution architecture, design, and road mapping services for QAS's new intranet portal using a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution. This includes developing detailed technical specifications, functional requirements, integration frameworks, migration plans, and proposals for SaaS platforms and vendors.

Services are required to commence upon contract execution and may be required up until 31 December 2025, with a possible 12-month extension at the Customer's discretion.

Services can be performed both on-site at the Emergency Services Complex (Kedron, QLD) and remotely as appropriate.
