Northern Beaches Council operates 4 car-parking stations in the Manly CBD and 1 in Dee Why (Police & Citizens Youth Club (PCYC) carpark).

Council is seeking the services of a qualified and suitable organisation to provide an integrated Gateway payment service between existing car parking pay station machines and our banking institution. The proposed integrated Gateway payment service must provide real time payment processing solutions.

The successful Gateway provider must ensure integration with all existing payment systems, including - Skidata and CDS car parking equipment, card not present payment systems, card present payment systems, Apple Pay as well as other innovative payment methods. The proposed integrated Gateway payment service must be able to accept all common payments options including VISA, Mastercard, Amex, and foreign credit or debit cards. The provider must also accept EFTPOS payments. The success Gateway provider will also be required to integrate with the current banking merchant, Commonwealth bank.

As part of the quotation submission the respondent can upgrade or replace any existing hardware (including card readers) associated with the nominated parking infrastructure at their discretion. The quotation must detail specifically any hardware changes or upgrades required as part of the proposal. Any proposed solution must be compliant with PCI DSS v4.0.
