Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Terrace School board of trustees are seeking a main building contractor to remove the existing roofing of Block C and the Caretakers shed and replace with new sections of coloursteel/trafficable clearlite roofing, and flashings. Includes roof insulation, and scaffolding.

New spouting and fascia restoration to Block C, Caretakers Shed and the Library Block. Prepare the Library Block bathroom floors and overlay with vinyl to ensure the area remains safe and sanitary. Block C pupils’ toilet is to be upgraded and hot water facilities to be installed. External drinking fountain to be installed.
