This procurement invites Tenderers to quote for the provision of aviation training in the greater Sydney region for up to 24 MCOs and FRNSW HNS Team members. This training is required to enable the deployment of FRNSW HNS staff and MCOs to and from a maritime casualty (vessel) via helicopter winch or hover entry and exit over water as an Aerial Work Passenger.

For currency and policy purposes FRNSW HNS staff and MCOs are required to conduct initial occurrency training every two years. The training provided must be sufficient to enable these FRNSW HNS staff and MCOs to deploy as an Aerial Work Passenger via helicopter winch, or hover entry and exit to a vessel at sea. Each year, the training is alternated between the MCOs and the FRNSW HNS team as required.
