Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The purpose of this project is to upgrade the YMCA Building at 8A Blaydon Street Kings Meadows to improve accessibility and amenities. The project will include upgrading DDA compliant amenities, laundry facilities, construction of a new accessible entrance and underpinning and repair of external walls.

An onsite Tender Briefing will be held at 2:00pm on 20 March 2025. Prospective Tenderers are encouraged to attend.
