Please contact the below contact person to confirm your attendance at the virtual briefing session and to arrange any following site visit. The contact person will provide you the site address and time, as applicable. All site visits must be completed by 27th of March 2025. Agency Representatives involved in this RFT will be available at the session to answer queries regarding this RFT and the RFT Process.

Names of persons attending the briefing session must be provided to the Contact Officer at least seven (7) working days prior to the date (13/03/2025). No more than two (2) persons from each Tenderer will be permitted to attend the Tenderer briefing.

It is mandatory for suppliers to attend the virtual briefing session in order to submit a Tender and preferred for attendance at any subsequent site visit.
