Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake an environmental management program for the three licensed and six closed Waste Management Facilities (WMF) for the initial base period of two years, with two extension options, for a total potential term of 5 years in accordance with the requirements of this brief.

Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering into a Contract with the preferred Tenderer.
