Request for Tender - Colongra Sporting Facility Development

⁠⁠⁠This request for tender invites suitably qualified contractors to undertake the Construction of the Colongra Sporting Facility. Tenderers are expected to demonstrate experience in delivering comparable recreational or civil infrastructure projects, with a strong emphasis on quality and timely delivery. The works will be delivered under a Lump Sum contract structure, ensuring cost certainty for the client across the multi-year delivery period. The successful contractor will be responsible for all aspects of design finalisation, statutory approvals, construction, and commissioning of the new facility.

Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering into a Contract with the preferred Tenderer.

A non-mandatory tender briefing will be held at 235 Scenic Drive, Colongra on 9th April 2026 at 9.00am.
