Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the provision of roof replacement works at the North Metropolitan TAFE (NMT) East Perth Campus.

The Work includes but is not limited to a complete lower roof replacement with aluminium sheeting, including foil faced insulation and safety mesh.

Site Visit 

A site visit will be held at 140 Royal Street, Perth on 14 Mar, 2025 11:00 AM.

A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at NMT East Perth Campus. The location of the briefing will be 140 Royal Street, Perth Western Australia 6004.
