Tender Description
The current fire system is outdated and does not feature smoke detectors in all areas of the school. Currently, there are three fire alarm systems installed with fire panels located in Blocks 1, 9, and 12 with four different warning sounds and a mixture of Type 1, 3, 4 or not protected. As well as a security system, smoke detection and a school bell type 1 system installed.
Therefore, the fire alarm system will require new design, installation, and commissioning of an analogue addressable type 4 system.
