Tender Description
The Shire of Broome is seeking Expressions of Interest for the separate leases of the following premises:
- Old Broome Lock Up– 22 Carnarvon Street - 85sqm heritage building and surrounding 233 sqm of courtyards located within the ‘Town Centre’
Interested parties can obtain a copy of the EOI, request an inspection or discuss details of the premises and the lease arrangements with the Shire’s Senior Property & Leasing Officer at procurement@broome.wa.gov.au
EOI submissions are to be made in writing by email at procurement@broome.wa.gov.au
