The East Arnhem Regional Council (Principal) hereby offers the vehicles listed hereunder for sale by public Tender “as is where is”. The Council do not warrant that the vehicles are roadworthy, operational, safe or otherwise fit for any purpose what-so-ever.
Tenderers shall satisfy themselves as to the fitness of the vehicles/plant for any intended purpose.
