Queensland Rail is seeking to engage a suitably experienced and qualified supplier to undertake the data capture and validation of all customer accessibility elements on Queensland Rail’s passenger rail service across SEQ and Regional Travel and Tourism, through the delivery of the following key phases:
1. Data capture: Record all accessibility elements that exist at each individual station, travel centre and rollingstock that the customer interfaces with.
2. Data assessment: assess the status of each individual station, travel centre and rollingstock against three accessibility baselines.
3. Data management: The capturing of all accessibility elements must be electronically captured into a single point of truth.
