Tender Description

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake refurbishment works at 4 Clewlew Court Withers WA 6230.

The Work includes but is not limited to the following works

Preliminaries, demolition, siteworks
Grout injection, retaining
Internal Works and External Works – Painting, cleaning, glazier, carpentry, plumber electrical, flooring, fencing, cleaning , external concrete works and patio.

Please note the additional scope requirements

A Full shower screen is needed.
All down pipes require soak wells to be installed.
Crossover application is to be followed for City Of Bunbury
A compaction certificate must be supplied after all civil works and before retaining and concrete is laid.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 4 Clewlow Court, 6230, Withers on 10 Mar, 2025 1:00 PM.

A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at 4 Clewlow Court Wither WA 6230.
