Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake SM Maintenance 12A &12B Pagneil Street at SM – Hamilton Hill.

The Work includes but is not limited to kitchen, laundry, Toilet and bathroom Refurbishment, external works, internal works and roof works as per detailed the annexure 1- Scope and Specification for the following property:

• Lot 119a, 12A Pagneil Court, Hamilton Hill, WA, 6163
• Lot 119b, 12B Pagneil Court, Hamilton Hill, WA, 6163

Note: PFM reserves the right to award at least one property upon evaluation. Please quote for each property separately and show costs savings if awarded both properties.

PFM reserves the right to award to one or multiple contractors based on the value for money decision at the time.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 12A Pagneil Court, Hamilton Hill on 7 March 2025 10:00 AM.

A Mandatory site briefing will be held on Friday 7th of March 2025 at 10 AM at Hamilton Hill.
