Tender Description
The Board of Trustees at Ormiston Senior College wishes to engage a Main Contractor for the Toilet Refurbishment project.
The scope of work may include (but is not limited to):
- Supply and install new hardware, sanitaryware, partitions, flooring and paint to ceiling
- Plumbing works to include provision for suitable mixer taps, all necessary pipe work and make good of all areas
- Partitions to provide additional privacy but not floor to ceiling
- Flooring works to include floor preparation and all coving
