Asset Accounting and Management services

Required functions:

1. The provision of asset accounting services to Business areas, including:

• AUC Reconciliations,
• AUC Rollouts,
• Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register (FAR)
• Assistance with Asset Stocktake,
• Assistance with Asset Impairment and Revaluations
• Education on Asset Accounting and developing documentation & processes for ongoing use.

2. Responding to Australian National Audit Office (ANAO) queries and requests

3. Provision of regular status updates on issues and progress achieved to date, and expanded status reports on issues to be progressed to the Director of Finance & Asset Management and the Chief Finance Officer

4. The Customer requires policies and procedures be developed in line with current legislative requirements and Australian Accounting Standards.

5. Work papers produced during Supplier engagement will remain the property of the Customer.
