SERVICE REQUIRED:

Shellharbour City Council invites submissions on behalf of Shellharbour City Council and Wollongong City Council for waste Collection Services in accordance with the requirements of section 55 of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW).

During the Services Term the Contractor must collect all waste materials in the following categories of Collection Services:

(a) Collection Services to Residential Premises;

(b) Collection Services to Commercial Premises;

(c) Bulky Clean Up Collection Services;

(d) Collection Services to Council Business Sites;

(e) Shellharbour City Council only - Collection Services in respect of Public Places, and Illegally Dumped Waste;

(f) Collection Services in respect of Special Events;

(g) provision of bin supply, distribution and maintenance; and

(h) other ancillary service components.
