Tender Description
The Customer (being the State of Queensland, acting through the Department of Youth Justice and Victim Support) is seeking quotes for the Staying on Track program.
The Customer is looking for a supplier who can:
- Engage and mentor young people whilst they are in detention and supporting families to prepare for young person’s return.
- Coordinating and delivering elements of an agreed Service Response Plan (SRP) including goals and practical and wellbeing support and mentoring pre- and post-release from detention for up to 12-months.
- Participation in stakeholder meetings to develop and review individual SRPs at regular intervals in collaboration with the Youth Justice case manager and other relevant stakeholders.
