The buyer is looking to engage a partner to provide specialist maintenance support services related to the buyer's Eye on the Reef platform. Key objectives of the engagement include (but are not limited to):

• Ensuring that the buyer’s Eye on the Reef platform is maintained and supported by technical specialists/experts.

• Providing surge capacity to meet specialist demands and workload peaks and troughs.

• Improving flexible working capabilities of the buyer.

• Gaining access to a depth of talent and skills.

The buyer requires services to be delivered on a highly flexible approach whereby the seller provides expert technical services on an as needed and required basis and/or to achieve specific deliverables as agreed with the buyer. Services are expected to be provided predominantly via remote and flexible working arrangements, however, travel to the buyer’s site/s may be required from time to time.

The expectation is that the services are delivered by highly skilled specialists experienced in (but not limited to) the following areas of expertise:

• Data management

• System development

• System operations and support

• Web development

• App development

• User experience

The buyer requires that the seller has sufficient resourcing to provide additional service management surge capacity in relation to the seller’s specific areas of expertise.

The buyer and seller may agree on specific deliverables and associated costs on an as required basis during the term of the contract.
