Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the design and construction of new teaching buildings including site facilities including roads, car parking and play spaces located at Cairns State Special School, 32-40 Alberta Drive, Woree, Cairns, QLD 4870.

Tender submissions will be accepted from eligible contractors that satisfy the PQC requirements of this project. Please check with (insert name and contact of PM) to confirm your eligibility to tender.

Site Visit Details: Wednesday, 5 March 2025, 10.00am. Tenderers are to meet at the Administration of the existing Cairns State Special School campus on Windarra Street.
