Tender Description
Sutherland Shire Council are seeking qualified contractors to submit proposals for Mechanical Services at the Administration Building.
This includes:
Decommission: One (1) cooling tower and Three (3) water cooled units
Supply & Installation: One (1) cooling tower and Three (3) chilled water fan units
The Contractor must possess extensive experience with Mechanical Project of this size and can manage this project from start to finish.
The Contractor is responsible for coordinating the Project deliverables and it is required to be completed prior to the end of the 24/25 financial year with minimal disruption to Administration Staff and visitors.
